Day 2: SIEM REAP - ANGKOR COMPLEX

Cycling the Temples of Siem Reap: Small Circuit & Angkor Wat 🚴‍♂️🏯
On your first morning in Siem Reap, we set out to explore some of Cambodia’s most iconic temples by bike. Our route today takes us along the famed Small Circuit, where you’ll discover wonders like the towering pyramid of Takeo and the enchanting jungle-covered Ta Prohm—immortalized by the movie Tomb Raider 🌿🎬.
We’ll also visit Sras Srang, the King’s serene bathing pond, and the vast Royal City of Angkor Thom, cycling through its ancient gates and exploring its many historic sites within the impressive city walls 🏰🚲.
After a delicious local lunch, we pedal onward to the breathtaking Angkor Wat—the largest religious monument in the world—a true masterpiece of Khmer architecture and spirituality 🛕✨.
Returning to the hotel, the rest of your evening is yours to enjoy at leisure. Explore Siem Reap’s vibrant nightlife filled with lively bars and excellent restaurants, perfect for relaxing after a day of discovery 🍽️🌙.

Day 3: SIEMREAP - BANTEAY SREI-KULEN HILL

Cycling through Cambodian Countryside & Kulen Hill Trek 🚴‍♀️🌿
This morning, we set off cycling northward toward the enchanting temple of Banteay Srei. The ride is a true delight, offering your first glimpse into the warm hospitality of Cambodia’s rural communities and their peaceful way of life 🚲🏡.
Along the way, we pause at a couple of villages to admire the traditional wooden stilt houses and witness everyday village scenes up close. You’ll notice large black pots bubbling with a thick, light brown mixture—these are the famous sugar palm sweets, a delicious local energy boost sure to keep you riding strong! 🍬✨
Arriving at Banteay Srei, you’ll be captivated by its delicate beauty—an intricately carved temple adorned with floral patterns and scenes from the Ramayana, all sculpted from soft pink sandstone 🏯🌸.
After a tasty lunch at a nearby local restaurant, we transfer by bus to the top of Kulen Hill. Here, we explore the stunning waterfall and the fascinating 1000 Lingas monument carved into the rocks. Our adventure continues with a trek to visit the reclining Buddha nestled in the lush forest 🌳🛕.

Day 4: KULEN -STUNG TRENG

Cycling to Stung Treng Along the Mekong 🚴‍♂️🌿
Today begins with a scenic 1-hour transfer to our cycling start point. From there, we pedal along gently rolling roads surrounded by lush greenery, immersing ourselves in the tranquil beauty of Cambodia’s countryside 🌾🚲.
Our route takes us through quiet villages and peaceful farmland, winding toward the small riverside town of Stung Treng, nestled right on the banks of the mighty Mekong River and just a stone’s throw from the Laos border 🌊🌏.
As the day closes, enjoy dinner and a restful overnight stay at the charming Mekong Dolphin Hotel, soaking in the peaceful river atmosphere.

DAY 5: STUNG TRENG- IRRAWADY DOLPHIN- KRATIE

Cycling Along the Mekong & Dolphin Spotting at Prek Kampi 🚴‍♂️🌊
This morning, we set off after breakfast in Stung Treng, cycling a scenic 30 km along dirt roads hugging the mighty Mekong River. As we near the main National Road, we’ll transfer briefly to avoid busy traffic, then continue pedaling the last 45 km on quieter sealed back roads, where village life and riverside scenery unfold all around us 🚲🌿.
Midway through the day, we pause for a special boat trip at Prek Kampi to search for the endangered freshwater Irrawaddy dolphins—a rare and unforgettable wildlife encounter. If you missed spotting them at the Four Thousand Islands, this is your best chance to see these gentle creatures up close 🐬✨.
After the boat excursion, we cycle the final 23 km to the charming riverside town of Kratie. Enjoy dinner and a peaceful overnight stay at the Mekong Dolphin Hotel, resting up for the adventures ahead.

Cycling along the peaceful back roads by the Mekong River, you’ll get a close-up glimpse of local life—farmers tending their fields and fishermen working the river, offering an authentic connection to the communities that call this area home 🌾🐟.
Our route passes through several Muslim villages, providing insight into the region’s cultural diversity. Midway, we board a ferry at Stung Trong to cross the Mekong River before continuing another 33 km along a mix of dirt and sealed roads toward Kampong Cham 🚲🌅.
The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at the comfortable IBN Asia Hotel or a similar property.

DAY 7: KAMPONG CHAM- PHNOMPENH

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel before setting off from Kampong Cham, one of Cambodia’s largest provinces known for its abundant fruit and rubber production. The fertile land and the Mekong River offer rich resources that sustain local farming communities.
Our ride follows quiet dirt roads along the riverbank, passing from village to village until we reach Ksach Kdal for a local lunch. After lunch, we continue cycling deeper into rural Cambodia to gain a closer understanding of village life and traditions.
The day’s journey concludes with a ferry crossing over the Mekong River to Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s bustling capital. To avoid the city’s busy traffic, we transfer by bus to our beautiful hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 8: PHNOMPENH -CITY TOUR

A Reflective Day Exploring Phnom Penh’s History & Culture 🚲❌
Today is a gentle day without cycling, allowing us to immerse ourselves in Cambodia’s rich and complex history. We begin with a leisurely rickshaw ride from the hotel to the Royal Palace—a stunning complex that serves as the royal residence of Cambodia’s king—and the nearby Silver Pagoda, famed for its dazzling decorations and royal significance.
Next, we take another rickshaw trip to the somber S21 Prison Museum, where we learn about the tragic era of the Khmer Rouge. Afterwards, we transfer by bus to the Cheang Ek Killing Fields, a poignant site that offers deeper insight into Cambodia’s darkest chapter between 1975 and 1979.
Following a thoughtful morning, we enjoy a relaxing lunch before returning to the city. The afternoon is yours to unwind—whether you choose to sip a cold beer, indulge in a soothing massage, or take a refreshing swim.

After about three hours of cycling, we pause for lunch at a local restaurant before visiting Phnom Chisor, an ancient 11th-century temple perched atop a hill. A climb of 500 steps rewards you with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding lush landscape.
Continuing our journey along peaceful country roads, we make our way to Takeo for the evening. Relax and unwind with dinner and an overnight stay at Alice Guesthouse or a similar cozy spot.

From there, we enjoy a scenic 65 km ride along smooth, low-traffic paved roads toward the charming coastal city of Kep. Along the way, snacks are provided to keep your energy up.
Upon arrival, savor a fresh seafood lunch at a local restaurant, showcasing the best flavors of Cambodia’s southern coastline. After lunch, relax with swimming and beach time, soaking in the sun and sea until late afternoon.
We then transfer to our comfortable hotel in Kampot for a well-deserved overnight stay.

Lunch will be served on site, giving us a moment to recharge amid the natural surroundings. In the afternoon, we descend via a different route to meet a traditional boat waiting to carry us along the river, where we’ll enjoy a peaceful sunset cruise, taking in the serene beauty of Cambodia’s waterways.
As the day winds down, we return to our comfortable Kampot boutique hotel for a restful evening.

Day 15: SHIHANOUK VILLE - KIRIROM NATION PARK

After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer by van to the foot of Kirirom Mountain, where our cycling journey begins. Pedaling uphill through lush jungle trails, we take in fresh mountain air and sweeping views over the dense forest canopy.

Enjoy the peaceful ride as you cover 80 km through tranquil landscapes, soaking in the calm atmosphere of the countryside. After the day’s journey, we hop back on the bus for a short transfer to your beautiful hotel by the river in Pursat, where you can relax and unwind for the evening.

Day 19: BOAT TRIP FROM BATTAMBANG –SIEMREAP (or by bus)

Cruising to Siem Reap – A Journey Through Timeless Waters & Floating Villages 🚤🌿
Early this morning, we leave the hotel and drive through the quiet streets of Battambang to board a fascinating boat journey to Siem Reap. This 6 to 7-hour river trip takes you deep into the heart of Cambodia’s timeless waterways (note: when water levels are low, the trip may be replaced by a road transfer).
As the river meanders toward Tonle Sap Lake—Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake—you’ll witness a stunning array of landscapes and traditional ways of life that have remained unchanged for centuries. Passing through the protected wetlands of Prek Toal, you’ll see one of the region’s most vital breeding grounds for endangered large water birds.
Crossing the vast expanse of the inland sea, the boat glides past the unique floating village of Chong Khneas, where an entire bamboo community thrives on water—with floating homes, gas stations, schools, hair salons, and even karaoke bars!

    The route gently weaves through serene rural landscapes, rolling hills, and quiet coastal stretches. You’ll pedal along a patchwork of smooth asphalt and rustic dirt roads that wind past emerald rice fields and tranquil countryside. Narrow backroads hug shimmering rivers and sleepy villages, offering peaceful, low-traffic paths perfect for cycling. Here and there, soft sandy patches and slender, shaded lanes alongside the riverbanks add a touch of adventure and charm to every turn of the wheel.

    Along the journey, you’ll cycle through a stunning variety of landscapes—from lush rice paddies and palm-fringed trails to peaceful riverside villages that seem untouched by time. Misty cloud forests cloak the peaks of Bokor Hill, offering cool, serene escapes amid dense greenery. The southern coast invites you to unwind on quiet, sandy beaches where the gentle waves meet secluded shores.     For groups of fewer than 6 passengers, a 16-seat bus will be provided, equipped with A/C and operated by experienced driver.

    For groups of fewer than 12, either a 25-seat bus or two 16-seat buses will be provided, equipped with A/C and operated by experienced drivers.

    For groups of up to 24, a 25-seat bus will be provided along with a luggage van, equipped with A/C and operated by experienced driver.
